「おらほの地元のここがすごい！」ということで、日立市の「河原子海水浴場」を紹介します！
「河原子海水浴場」は、日立市南部あり、地元の人にも親しまれてる海水浴場です。自分も毎年夏になったらよく自転車で行って泳いでました。また、近くには河原子漁港や堤防があるため、釣りも楽しめます。特に砂浜がすごく綺麗とか海がエメラルドグリーンとかではなく、ごくごく普通の海水浴場と変わりませんが、なんと言っても夏に行われるサンドアートがとてもすごいです！
サンドアートは、毎年7月に開催されるサンドアートフェスティバルに合わせて作られます。自分の身長より高く迫力があり、また細かなところまでこだわられています。芸術的な作品からトトロやジバニャンなどのキャラクターの作品もあり、大人や子ども関係なく楽しめます。フェスティバルでは、サンドアートの他に、海上体験型アトラクションや花火、屋台村などがあるので有意義な1日が過ごせると思います！
海水浴や釣りなどフェスティバル以外にも楽しめるので、是非、近くに来た時は河原子海水浴場に遊びに来てください！

這次想介紹給你們日立市的河原子海水浴場。
河原子海水浴場就是在日立市南部，本地人常常去的海水浴場。我也在夏天時常常騎脚踏車去那裡游泳。附近還有河原子漁港和提防，可以享受釣魚的樂趣。這個海水浴場的特點不是只有沙灘很漂亮，而是海的顔色是翡翠綠等等，雖然特點是跟一般的海水浴場一樣，但是不管怎麽説，沙子藝術真的很棒。
沙子藝術在每年7月舉辦的沙子藝術節日中創造的。比我身高還高，看起來很有氣勢，還有做工精細。呈現的作品從有藝術性的到日本漫畫的，比如龍貓。大人，小孩都喜歡欣賞這些作品。在這個節日中，除此之外，還有海上體驗型遊樂設施，烟火和攤販，所以我覺得來這裡的人一定會玩得很開心。

For this “Oraho no jimoto wa koko ga sugoi!”, I would like to introduce Hitachi City’s Kawarago beach.
Located in the southern part of Hitachi City, Kawarago is a beach familiar to locals. I used to go there by bicycle and swim every summer. Also, one can fish there, as the Kawarago fishing port and embankment nearby. Especially, the sandy beach is not very beautiful and the sea is not emerald green, it is the same as a normal beach, but after all, the sand art performed in the summer is amazing!
The sand there isn’t special beautiful, neither the sea is emerald green or anything, so it’s not particularly any different from a regular beach, but the sand art performed in Kawarago in the summer is truly amazing!
The sand scuptures are made for the Sand Art Festival held in July every year. The art pieces are very powerful and tall, and there is great attention to detail in each piece. From artistic works to famous characters such as Totoro and Youkai Watch’s Jibanyan, you can enjoy it regardless of age. At the festival, in addition to sand art, there are attractions such as marine attractions, fireworks and food stall villages, so I think you can spend a rich and worthwhile day while visiting the festival!
Of course, other than the festival, you can enjoy other activities such as swimming and fishing, so please come visit Kawarago Beach if you ever come nearby!
